Exciting Opportunity Alert! Bangor High School is thrilled to announce a new partnership with United Technologies Center (UTC) to offer an incredible program for 9th and 10th-grade students: CTE (Career and Technical Education) Exploratory!
What is CTE Exploratory, you ask? It's a hands-on, project-based program designed to help students develop essential academic, career, interpersonal, and technical skills. Through engaging projects, students will get a taste of various UTC programs, including natural resources & agriculture, power tools, basic plumbing, simple machines, engineering, basic electronics, and more!
This program is perfect for students who are interested in pursuing a half-day program at United Technologies Center later in their high school journey. By participating in CTE Exploratory, students will gain a solid foundation and understanding of the different CTE programs offered at UTC.
