Students without a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence have the following rights:

1. Continued enrollment in their same school, even if it's in a different district, or immediate enrollment in the school where they are currently staying, without the documentation usually required for enrollment;

2. Access to free school meals, educational supplies, and transportation to and from school;

3. Consent to their own medical and mental health care if not in the physical custody of a parent or guardian.
