Academic Transcript Request

To request an academic transcript, you can either fill out the online form below, or print and fill out the Transcript Request Form (PDF) and mail it to Bangor High School, Registrar’s Office, 885 Broadway, Bangor ME 04401 or fax it to 207-942-2668. Please allow up to 48 hours to process your request.

This transcript request is for graduates of Bangor High School in Bangor, Maine. If you graduated from a Bangor High School in Pennsylvania or Michigan, you are on the wrong website.

If you received a GED/Diploma through Adult Education, please fill out the GED Academic Transcript Form at the bottom of this page instead of the first Academic Transcript Form. Please allow up to 48 hours to process your request.
